Directorate General of Anti-Dumping (DGAD), which was investigating the case filed by JSW Steel , SAIL and Essar Steels, has concluded provisional findings on hot rolled (HR) coils, sheets and plates. Owing to this, a provisional anti-dumping duty is likely to be imposed on these imports. DG Anti-Dumping is likely to give a reference price for these three HR products. CNBC-TV18's Anshu Sharma learns that the duty is likely to be at USD 474 per tonne for coils and USD 557 per tonne for sheets and plates. This may be notified today or tomorrow. The countries expected to be impacted include Japan, Korea Russia, Brazil, Indonesia and China as they have been exporting a lot of their home products to India.
